    THE PERCH OUTDOOR TERRACE

    Extending from Broadway Lounge, The Perch Outdoor Terrace offers an open-air escape with direct views of the iconic New Year's Eve Ball Drop and modern outdoor seating. Join us for cocktails and unforgettable views from one of Manhattan's most distinctive settings to relax, celebrate, and take in the excitement below. The Perch is open seasonally, weather permitting, and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
